Our La Paloma four-plex townhouse apartments are two-story, 2 bedroom, 1.5 baths apartments with a balcony. Rent is $950 per month for a 1 year lease (6 and 9 month leases are also available - rent will vary). All apartments are equipped with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and central heat and air. Gas and water are paid. Resident is responsible for electricity. A $40 non-refundable application fee per adult and $800 security deposit is required. On-site laundry facility is provided. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
